Bored piles and embedded piles "micro piles"
Improved adhesion performance with grout material! Pile material combining nodules and economical valves.
"Micro piles" are small-diameter cast-in-place piles or embedded piles with a diameter of approximately 100 to 300 mm. Steel pipes are pulled in while drilling into the ground to the required depth, and if necessary, steel reinforcement materials such as rebar are inserted, followed by the injection of grout material to form the pile. This product also features a reliable coupler-type threaded joint that guarantees the full strength of high-strength steel pipes, along with nodules that enhance adhesion performance with grout material and an economical non-return valve. [Features] ■ Manufactured using electric resistance welding, resulting in excellent dimensional accuracy. * Depending on design conditions, the application of general structural carbon steel pipes (STK) is also possible. ■ Equipped with an economical and high-performance non-return valve, ensuring reliable grouting. ■ A menu for efficient construction tailored to the geological conditions of the site can be selected. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
